Do you sell prescription drugs?
No, we don't sell any prescription drugs online. For those clients that require a Pharmacist consultation or access to Pharmacy Services and/or prescription medication, we will be happy to refer you to Remedy’s Lawrence Pharmacy; a full service, accredited Retail Pharmacy location in Scarborough, Ontario.

Our goal is to be the online retailer that you choose to find products related to natural remedies, and items for healthy living. We offer many brands of natural vitamins and supplements, a great line of Yoga essentials, therapeutic products, beauty and skincare items, and many others including PPE, pet health and Halal items. What online consultation services do you offer?
We work with Remedys’ Lawrence Pharmacy, an accredited retail pharmacy which offers a number of services including one-one-one consultations with a licenced Pharmacist. These services include Travel Health Consultations, Medical Cannabis & Smoking Cessation. You can schedule a consultation here.

We offer quick shipping on all orders and are standing by to assist you with anything you may need.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept IInterac), Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay online. We accept cash in-person at our retail location.
Is my order subject to tax?
HST and/or any applicable taxes will be added to your order total and calculated at checkout.
How do I know that my order has been received?
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation in your inbox. You will receive another email with your shipping information once your order has been processed Finally, you'll receive one more email to let you know when we've shipped your order from our shipping centre! If you have a question about the status of your order, please reply to the email you received, or email us at email@example.com. Don't forget to provide us with your Order ID!
How do I view the status of my order?
At checkout, you will be invited to create an account. This will allow you to check on your order status. You will also receive notification emails when your order status is updated.
Can I cancel my order?
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please be aware that order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible. You can request a cancellation by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that you include your order number.
